第9回 Beyond AI 研究推進機構サイエンスカフェ 動画を公開 The 9th Institute for AI and Beyond Science Café Video is now available.
Beyond AI 研究推進機構サイエンスカフェは、基礎研究（中長期研究）の研究リーダーとモデレーターとの対談の形式により、一般の方の質問に答えながら、研究内容の社会発信を試みます。研究リーダーのそれぞれの研究が、AIを通して、どのように進展してゆくのか、また、その進展の向こう側で、その研究の成果が社会とどのような関わりを持つかなどについて毎回テーマを設定して、発信してまいります。
第9回 Beyond AI 研究推進機構サイエンスカフェは、研究領域「脳科学とAIの融合」において、幼児の知識獲得メカニズムを活用したAIをテーマに研究を進める辻 晶 講師（東京大学 国際高等研究所 ニューロインテリジェンス国際研究機構）をお迎えしました。『どうしてAIは赤ちゃんの学習能力を超えることができないのか？』をテーマに辻先生がAI研究やその応用・未来を語っています。

テーマ：どうしてAIは赤ちゃんの学習能力を超えることができないのか？

The Institute for AI and Beyond Science Café is a video series organized by the Institute for AI and Beyond. Various topics related to research are widely disseminated to society in the form of conversations between research leaders of basic research (medium- to long-term research) and a moderator. Each event will have a different theme, such as how AI will advance the research of each speaker and how the results from that research will be relevant to society in the future.
In the 9th Institute for AI and Beyond Science Café, we were glad to welcome Lecturer Sho TSUJI of International Research Center for Neurointelligence (IRCN) of the University of Tokyo, who is conducting research on Integrating Brain Science and Gaze-based minimal virtual reality paradigm for tracking developing sensitivity to dyadic interactions. In the video, Dr. Tsuji talked with moderator about AI research, its applications, and its future.
