本ポリシーでは、東京大学 Beyond AI 研究推進機構（以下「本機構」という。）が管理するソーシャルメディア公式アカウント（以下「公式アカウント」という。）の利用及び情報を発信する際の方針を以下のように定めます。なお、本ポリシーは、予告なく変更する場合があります。

This policy outlines how the official social media accounts (hereinafter “accounts”) managed by the Office of the Institute for AI and Beyond, the University of Tokyo (hereinafter “the Institute”) are used and how they communicate information. Please note that this policy may be subject to change without prior notice.

1　ソーシャルメディアを利用する目的 1.Purpose of Social Media Use

YouTube, Twitterなどのソーシャルメディアと本機構の公式ウエブサイト（https://beyondai.jp/）を連携させることにより、公式ウエブサイトからの本機構の取組やイベント情報、研究活動やその成果等の情報発信を補い、更に情報を広い範囲のユーザーに伝搬し、本機構の広報活動をより充実させることを目的とする。

Through coordination with the Institute website （https://beyondai.jp/?lang=en）, social media platforms are used to disseminate information related to the Institute, including its research activities, findings, and events, with the purpose of enhancing outreach and engagement.

    本機構では、公式アカウントに、本機構に関する情報を投稿します。その際、プライバシー権、名誉権、肖像権、著作権、商標権など他者の権利を不当に侵害することのないよう細心の注意を払い、関連する法令等を遵守します。
  • 2）返信・コメントについて
    利用者の発言・投稿に対する返信・コメントは原則として行いません。本機構の投稿内容についての質問等は、当サイトのContactページからお願いします。また、不適切と思われる発言・投稿は利用者の承諾を得ずに非表示または削除する場合があります。
  • 3）シェア・リツイート・いいね・フォローについて
    本機構の判断により、シェア・リツイート・いいね・フォローを行う場合があります。

    The Institute posts information related to its activities, taking the utmost caution not to infringe upon the privacy, reputations, likenesses, or trademarks of others and to follow relevant laws.

    Replies and comments are generally not given in response to posts and messages received from users through the accounts. Please contact the Institute through the "Contact" menu regarding any questions, etc. about the Institute- posted content to the accounts. Also, comments and posts deemed inappropriate may be hidden or deleted without consent from the user commenting.

    The Institute may share, retweet, like or follow other accounts or content.
4　知的財産権等について 4. Intellectual Property Rights

公式アカウントに掲載されている写真・イラスト・音声・動画及び記事等の知的財産権は、本機構または正当な権利を有する者に帰属します。 また、利用者のコメント等の投稿にかかる著作権等は、当該投稿を行った利用者本人に帰属しますが、投稿されたことをもって、利用者は本機構に対し、投稿コンテンツを無償で非独占的に使用（加工、複製、翻訳などを含む）する権利を許諾したものとし、かつ、本機構に対して著作権等を行使しないことに同意したものとします。

Photographs, illustrations, audio, video, articles, and other intellectual property posted on the accounts belong to the Institute or to their rightful owners. Copyrights and other rights associated with comments, etc. posted onto the accounts belong to the users who post them. However, by posting, these users grant the Institute the royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use their posted content (including by editing, reproducing, or translating), and agree not to exercise copyright or other rights on the Institute.

5　免責事項について 5.Disclaimers

本機構は、公式アカウントから発信する情報の正確性には万全を期すものの、利用者がこの情報を用いて行う一切の行為について、何ら責任を負うものではありません。また、利用者により投稿されたコメントや公式アカウントに関連して、利用者間または利用者と第三者間でトラブルや紛争が発生した場合であっても、本機構は何ら責任を負うものではありません。本機構は、公式アカウントを利用したこと、または利用出来なかったことによって被った損害について一切責任を負いません。

While the Institute makes thorough efforts to communicate accurate information from the accounts, it bears no responsibility for any actions taken by users based on this information. Privacy Policy

当サイトのプライバシーポリシーは、東京大学本部広報課が管理するプライバシーポリシーに準拠します。 また、Beyond AI 研究推進機構（以下「本機構」という）は「東京大学の保有個人情報等の適切な管理のための措置に関する規則」等に従い、以下の方針のとおり個人情報の保護に努めます。

The privacy policy of this site conforms to the privacy policy administered by the Public Relations Office of the University of Tokyo. Also, in accordance with regulations including “The University of Tokyo Rules on the Procedures for the Appropriate Management of Personal Information Retained by the University of Tokyo,” the Institute for AI and Beyond(hereinafter referred to as “the Institute”) strives to protect personal information based on the policy below.

1　個人情報の取得について 1. Collection of personal information

本機構は、取得する個人情報が業務の遂行上必要な場合に限り、かつ、利用目的の範囲を超えないように個人情報を取得します。取得にあたっては適法かつ公正な手段によりこれを行います。

The University uses lawful and fair means to collect personal information for administrative purposes only and within the scope of the purpose of use.

2　個人情報の利用について 2. Use of personal information

本機構は、法令に基づく場合を除き、個人情報を事前に本人の同意を得ることなく、利用目的以外の利用や第三者への提供をしません。
また、法令に基づいて、個人情報を第三者に提供し、又は個人情報の取扱いに係る業務を第三者に委託する場合には、当該第三者につき、当該個人情報の安全確保、管理の能力等について厳正な調査を行い、個人情報を取り扱わせるにあたっては適正な監督を行います。

本機構は、保有する個人情報の適切な管理を行うとともに、その紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏えいなどを防止するため、情報セキュリティ対策等の必要な措置を講じ、個人情報の保護に努めます。

In addition to appropriately managing collected personal information, the Institute strives to protect this information. 4　個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・消去について 4. Disclosure, correction, suspension of use and deletion of personal information

本機構が取得した個人情報について、本人から開示・訂正・利用停止・消去等の請求があった場合は、本人であることを確認したうえで、規則等の定めるところにより、合理的な期間及び範囲内で速やかに対応します。

In accordance with the rules and regulations regarding personal information, and within a reasonable period of time and scope, the Institute will swiftly handle requests received from individuals for the disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion of their personal information collected through the Institute’s site, once the Institute has confirmed the individual’s identity.

5　法令等の遵守について 5. Compliance with laws and other regulations

本機構は、EU一般データ保護規則（GDPR）第45条に基づく十分性認定の適用範囲外であるものの、個人情報の保護に関係する法令その他の規範を遵守するとともに、当プライバシーポリシーの内容を継続的に見直し、その改善に努めます。

While outside of the scope of the adequacy decision based on Article 45 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Institute will strictly adhere to laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information, as well as strive to improve this policy by continually reviewing its contents.
