大阪で開催予定の第7回 Japan IT Week（2023年1月18日～20日）の特別講演にBeyond AI 研究推進機構の萩谷昌己機構長が登壇します。

講演タイトル：「Beyond AI連携事業の挑戦」
アブストラクト：
Beyond AI 連携事業は2019年12月に東京大学とソフトバンクの間で結ばれた協創協定に基づいて開始され、2020年5月に東大内に設立されたBeyond AI 研究推進機構のもと、最先端AI研究および他分野との融合研究によって新たな学術分野の創出を目指す基礎研究と、AIの社会実装を組織的に推進する応用研究が行われています。3年近くが経ったいま、本講演では、AIによって学術を変革しつつある基礎研究と、まさに事業化に展開されつつある応用研究の概要を紹介します。
