研究サブリーダーの杉山将教授が、「令和4年度科学技術分野（科学技術賞・研究部門）の文部科学大臣表彰」（４月２０日付）を受賞されました。
本賞は科学技術に関する研究開発、理解増進等において顕著な成果を収めた者を顕彰しています。
受賞された業績名：信頼できる人工知能構築に資する弱教師付き機械学習の研究
杉山教授は基礎研究（AI自体の進化)「限られた教師情報からの高精度な予測モデルの自動構築に関する研究」研究プロジェクト（研究リーダー原田 達也 教授）のサブリーダーを務めています。
Professor Masashi SUGIYAMA, Sub-Leader of the Basic Research (Advancement of Fundamental AI) entitled "Automatic Learning of High Accurate Prediction Models from Limited Supervised Data" (Project Leader, Professor Tatsuya HARADA), was selected for the 2022 Commendation for Science and Technology (Awards for Science and Technology in Research Category) by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT).
The Award Ceremony will be held on April 20 at the auditorium of the Ministry.
The "Commendation for Science and Technology by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology" is awarded to persons who have made outstanding achievements in research and development, promotion of understanding related to science and technology.
